Our Shipping, Payment and Holding Policies |

Shipping
When you place your order we would like you to tell us what day is best for you to receive the delivery. We will make every effort to ship the day before that so that you can receive it on the day requested.
We try our best to make sure
your order is shipped using the highest quality and the best materials. We
ship using either UPS, Fedex or the United Postal Service. If all items you
are purchasing contain the
Payment Methods
We accept many different methods of payment. Payment is due before we will ship out any corals. Our Paypal ID is sales@homeraisedaquatics.com For Paypal accounts you do not have to use our shopping cart feature but please make sure you specify what you want and that you include shipping when you send a payment. For Money Orders and Personal Checks please notify us via e-mail that you are sending payment and what you are ordering. For personal checks we will not ship out your order until the check clears. Checks should be made payable to Bradford Cote and mailed to:

Home Raised Aquatics is a very small operation and has very limited space to hold corals. We can hold corals for you for up to (2) weeks for local pickup and up to (1) week for online delivery. We understand that because shipping prices can be high you only want to place an order when everything you want is available. Unfortunately we just don't have the space to allow for longer hold periods. If you really want some things and there it shows that it is not available then please e-mail us in case we might have something that is almost ready to sell.
